Returns & Exchanges

Deliberti offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return your luxury fashion purchases within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or size exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition with security tags and designer packaging intact.

Return Process

• 1.
  Request Authorization

  Log into your Deliberti account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all designer labels, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid return label and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are completely covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
